Billing Instructions

before you get started.  

Billing is due on the 1st and 16th of every month.  

Do not open the Direct Support Service Billing in a web browser.

The Billing Form must be downloaded to your computer using Adobe Reader or Acrobat v. 9.1 or greater.  

It is very easy to do this from Internet Explorer.  

If you are using Chrome you must type "about:plugins" in the browser bar. Under Chrome PDF Viewer  - click Disable.
